Return Policy

We always deliver products that are high in quality and filled with love and care. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, your item may be returned/exchanged/refunded. Please take a moment to review our policies

We do not offer refunds. Store Credit or Exchanges Only.

In order to ensure that you are purchasing the correct size for your dog, please refer to the sizing chart or call us directly prior to placing your order for assistance. We are always happy to assist and answer any questions!

All purchases are eligible for store credit or an exchange within 7 days of receipt, less shipping and handling. We allow one exchange per item.

Exchange and Return Requirements:

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt of order.
  • Item must be in original, sellable condition and have all original tags and packaging.
  • Item must be clean and contain no pet hair.

To make an exchange or return for store credit, please call 917-613-5688 or email orders@reallylovedogs.com, within 7 days upon receipt of item, for a required return authorization number. No returns or exchanges will be processed without an authorization number.

Please include the following in your email/phone call:

  • Order Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Item Number
  • Your complete name and shipping address

Please Ship unused item and packing receipt including RA# to the following address:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will then either receive a store credit by email or we will proceed with shipment of your exchanged item.

Damaged Items:

If an item arrives to you and is damaged in any way, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the defective merchandise. Please be prepared to supply an order number, date and item number when contacting us. We may ask for a photo of the defective merchandise, if necessary. After approval, item is eligible for replacement or store credit.

Please Note: Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs, which includes shipping any item back to us, and the shipping of a reorder.
